The Office of Residential Life is the hub for campus housing, both for Tech’s nine residence halls and the Tech Village apartments. Learn more about the closeknit community that comes with living on campus at Tech.

Living and Learning Villages allow students to connect to a faculty head and group of campus residents around a common theme, such as service and leadership, the environment and engineering.

Tech Village apartments provide students with a comfortable and home-like environment at the lowest possible cost. Apartment types include one bedroom, two bedroom and two bedroom suites.
