Your Sales Associate will have sent you an email with a link to the portal, your username and a temporary password. If you can’t find this email, or need new login information, just let us know.
If you are using the correct login credentials, there are two main reasons why your portal may not work:
Make sure your browser is up-to-date. The portal works with any standard browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, etc.) but only if you’re using an updated version.
Turn off pop-up blockers. The portal may require a pop-up window in order to function in some browsers, so your pop-up blocker will stop it from working.
