If you are sending press-ready art, you will need to send that no later than 5 weeks after signing your ad agreement.

If we are helping with your ad, you will need to provide materials no later than 3 weeks after signing your ad agreement, to leave time for us to design the ad, send you a proof, and make any necessary changes.

If you need an extension on your deadline, please contact us right away! We’re happy to accommodate as best we can, within reason

We will need 1 day to process your press-ready ad and send you a final proof for approval.

We will need approximately 2 days to create your ad using the materials you provide, and send you a proof for review.

Turnaround time may vary based on how much our design team has in their queue.

Yes, within reason. Just as you can’t cancel your ad space, we can’t just go to press without doing everything we can to ensure we have your ad! However, delays in ad collection will hold up the entire production process and delay publication. In order for us to meet our obligations to the University and our other advertisers, we ask that you do everything you can to meet your deadlines.
