A press-ready file is a finished ad that does not need any changes or adjustments. It should be a high-resolution PDF, sized to the correct dimensions, and in the correct color mode (CMYK).

No. All changes to press-ready files must be made on your end. If you cannot edit the art on your end, we are happy to recreate the ad to the best of our abilities if you can provide the image files (photos, logos, graphics) used in the original ad.

No, do not include bleed. All fractional ads (smaller than a full page) run without bleed. Listed dimensions are live space, and press-ready PDFs should be sized to those dimensions exactly.

Our default full page ad does not have bleed, but full page do ads have the option to run with bleed. See Press Ready Specs for details.

No, do not include crop marks or any other printers marks (color bars, registration marks). Ads will run without bleed and should be sized to the listed dimensions.
